How much is shipping?<\/strong>
\nShipping is free of charge in Canada for orders of CAD $50.00 or more, excluding taxes and gift cards. CAD $5.00 + taxes applies for shipping in Canada on orders under CAD $50.00.<\/p>\n

How will my order be shipped?<\/strong>
\nShipping is handled by Canada Post.
\nPlease note that post office (P.O.) boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
\nOnce your order is processed, you can track it via Canada Post.<\/p>\n

How fast will I receive my order?<\/strong>
\nOrders made from Monday through Friday will be processed the following workday. Orders made on Friday will be processed on Monday. Allow 5-7 business days for shipping.<\/p>\n

Can I exchange or return my items?<\/strong>
\nFor hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange or refund underwear.\u00a0 We invite you to consult the size guide that appears near the product you want to buy to ensure you select your appropriate size before purchase.
