How much is shipping?
Shipping is free of charge in Canada for orders of CAD $50.00 or more, excluding taxes and gift cards. CAD $5.00 + taxes applies for shipping in Canada on orders under CAD $50.00.

How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is handled by Canada Post.
Please note that post office (P.O.) boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
Once your order is processed, you can track it via Canada Post.

How fast will I receive my order?
Orders made from Monday through Friday will be processed the following workday. Orders made on Friday will be processed on Monday. Allow 5-7 business days for shipping.

Can I exchange or return my items?
For hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange or refund underwear.  We invite you to consult the size guide that appears near the product you want to buy to ensure you select your appropriate size before purchase.
We will gladly, however, replace any item with defects. Simply send us an email at [email protected] with the following specifications:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Item number, color and size
